I went to Sunway Pyramid yesterday after maghrib prayer, Sabila was hungry and the children would love to window shopping...after much considerations we opt to Sunway Pyramid and head straight to our favourite restaurant...Tarbush...we ordered our usual dish...chicken briyani and Safiyyah had her favourite mushroom soup...after dined-in it already almost 10pm...I went to the concierge to ask for the whereabouts of the auto pay machine as I came to the mall from the entrance of Sunway Lagoon...the conversation were...
me: Tumpang tanya, mana saya boleh bayar tiket parking sebab saya parking berdekatan Gloria Jeans?
Concierge: Ha...keluar je lah nanti turun ada sebelah kanan. (sambil bersiap-siap nak balik)
It shocked me a while...is this the way to communicate with the people visiting the mall which are the potential or the customer who brings in revenue to the mall...I do admit my mistake for not seeing nor looking for the autopay after I parked my car...and I also do understand the raya mood is still in the heart...but work is work no matter what...plus when I went to the concierge she was just making a call to her colleague asking for a key where she misplaced it somewhere else...isn't she suppose to attend first after all her colleague isn't answer the call yet and she was just dialing the number at that time...it torn a bit of my view and perception to the image of Sunway Pyramid although I believe not all of them would do such thing...but at that time she represent the image of Sunway Pyramid
