The request had been brought to my immediate superior a year and a half ago but yesterday only I got the approval to swap my workplace wit a friend of another unit. From the first floor am ging down to the ground floor. Is this necessary? In my personal opinion, this is the best. Although I do enjoy being with colleagues on the first floor, but when it comes to work...it will be an ease to deal with the people on the ground floor.
When? It will be done as soon as possible.
